Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DDS Inc. (“RizzCoachAI,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use the RizzCoachAI mobile app, iMessage extension, website, and related backend services (together, the “Service”).

In short: RizzCoachAI uses the information you choose to provide to deliver coaching, calling, creation, and publishing features. We do not sell personal information. We do not upload your entire address book. You control when the camera, microphone, photos, AI, and connected social accounts are used.

1. Information we collect

Account and purchase information

Email address, username, display name, and optional mobile number.
Sign-in identifiers from Apple when you choose Sign in with Apple.
Account status, feature entitlements, credit or minute balances, and purchase confirmations. Apple processes payment-card and App Store billing information; RizzCoachAI does not receive your full payment-card number.

Content you choose to use

Conversation text, screenshots, photos, video, audio, prompts, captions, drafts, schedules, and coaching preferences that you submit or save.
Voice, transcription, translation, and call-session data when you explicitly start those features and provide any required consent.
Live-stream configuration, destination status, duration, and operational events. A live stream sends the camera and microphone feed to destinations you select.

Device permissions

Camera and microphone: used only for camera, video, voice coaching, calls, translation, or broadcasts that you start.
Photos: used to select media and to save a capture only when you direct the app to do so.
Contacts: RizzCoachAI uses Apple’s contact picker. The app sends only the phone number you select to locate another RizzCoachAI user; it does not upload your whole address book.
Location: RizzCoachAI does not request, store, or share your precise location. Some optional Camera Kit lenses may be capable of location-aware effects, but RizzCoachAI does not grant them location data.
Notifications: used for reminders and service events if you allow them.

Connected accounts and service activity

If you connect a social or AI provider, we receive the provider account identifier, display name, authorization scopes, encrypted access or refresh tokens, and connection status needed to perform actions you request. We also process basic technical and reliability data such as feature used, request timing, error category, app installation identifier, device/network readiness, and aggregate usage counts. We configure analytics events not to contain captured media, raw conversations, access tokens, or passwords.

TikTok Login Kit

When you choose Connect TikTok, TikTok Login Kit asks you to authorize the single user.info.basic scope. The token exchange returns a TikTok OpenID, access token, refresh token, expiration, and the scope you granted. We use TikTok User Info to verify that OpenID and retrieve only the display name shown in your connection card. We encrypt the tokens on the server so you can refresh the connection; Disconnect asks TikTok to revoke the grant before removing the locally stored credentials. RizzCoachAI does not use this authorization to upload or publish videos, does not request TikTok video-posting scopes, and does not use it to start TikTok LIVE. An eligible creator who chooses TikTok LIVE separately provides official RTMPS credentials and explicitly confirms the broadcast.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

create and secure your account, authenticate sessions, and recover access;
provide AI coaching, screenshot analysis, voice, translation, calling, camera, posting, scheduling, and live-stream features you request;
connect to and act on third-party accounts only as you direct;
deliver purchases and measure remaining feature minutes or credits;
prevent abuse, enforce consent and safety controls, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability and accessibility; and
comply with law, platform rules, and valid deletion requests.

RizzCoachAI is a communication-coaching tool. It cannot determine whether someone is lying, reveal hidden intent, or know another person’s private thoughts. Automated suggestions can be wrong and should be reviewed before use.

3. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, protect the Service, or complete an action you request. Recipients can include:

AI and voice providers that process the prompt, screenshot, transcript, audio, or context required for a requested coaching feature. Where supported, RizzCoachAI requests non-retention for API responses, but each provider’s own terms and lawful obligations apply.
Social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Snapchat, X, or LinkedIn when you connect an account, publish content, or start a stream.
Camera and communications providers, including Snap Camera Kit and LiveKit, when their respective camera, call, or streaming features are used.
Infrastructure and analytics providers that host the backend, deliver operational email, or process privacy-safe service events.
Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, TestFlight, and operating-system services you use.

We may disclose information when required by valid legal process, to investigate fraud or abuse, or to protect users and the Service. If DDS Inc. is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale, information may be transferred subject to this Policy and applicable law.

4. Storage, security, and retention

We use transport encryption, encrypted social access tokens, hashed passwords and refresh tokens, short-lived session credentials, rate limits, and access controls. No system is completely secure.

Account records and content you save remain until you delete them, delete your account, or they are no longer needed for the feature. Coaching requests described as non-persistent are not saved by RizzCoachAI as conversation records unless you separately choose to save them. Temporary media and session credentials are kept only as long as needed to complete the action. Operational, purchase, anti-fraud, deletion-confirmation, and legally required records may be retained for a reasonable period after account deletion.

5. Your choices and rights

Review or change app permissions in iOS Settings.
Disconnect any linked social or AI account in RizzCoachAI. You may also revoke access from that provider’s account settings.
Delete saved drafts, conversations, media, or schedules where the corresponding feature provides that control.
Delete your RizzCoachAI account in the app. Account deletion removes the account and associated user-owned backend records.
Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us. We may need to verify that you control the account before fulfilling a request.

Facebook and Instagram users may also trigger the data-deletion process from Meta’s settings. A confirmation page is returned when that callback is completed.

6. Children

The Service is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the Service.

7. International processing

The Service and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. We use appropriate safeguards where required.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
