Stewart AI Life ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Detroit Trap Blocks mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play the App. The information collected is limited to what is necessary to operate the App and improve your experience.

Information collected automatically

• Device information — device model, OS version, language, country/region, IDFV (Identifier for Vendors)
• Usage data — gameplay events (game starts, scores, level reached, button taps), session duration, feature interactions, crash reports
• Diagnostic data — performance metrics, error logs
• Purchase data — Apple-issued transaction receipts for in-app purchases (no payment card data — Apple handles that directly)

We do not collect: your real name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, location, or microphone data.

2. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

RevenueCat (subscription management)

Processes anonymous purchase events to validate App Store receipts and manage your Pro entitlement. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Unity LevelPlay + Google AdMob (advertising)

Firebase (push notifications + analytics)

PostHog (product analytics)

Apple Game Center

Optional — if you sign in, your Game Center alias is linked to leaderboards and achievements managed by Apple. Apple Privacy Policy.

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The first time you launch the App, iOS will ask whether you allow the App to track you across other apps and websites. Your choice controls whether our advertising partners can access your IDFA.

• Allow — ads may be personalized based on your interests
• Ask App Not to Track — ads will be non-personalized; functionality is otherwise unchanged

You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Push Notifications

We send occasional re-engagement push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging and APNs. You can disable push notifications at any time in Settings → Notifications → Detroit Trap Blocks.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases ("Pro" subscriptions and one-time Lifetime unlock). Payment is processed by Apple — we do not see or store your payment card information. Receipt data is sent to RevenueCat solely to validate your purchase.

Subscriptions can be cancelled any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 9+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

7. Data Retention

• Device-level usage data is retained by our analytics providers for up to 25 months in aggregated, anonymized form.
• Purchase records are retained by RevenueCat and Apple for the duration of your subscription plus any period required by law.
• We do not maintain user accounts on our own servers.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (GDPR/CCPA), you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data associated with your device
• Request deletion of that data
• Opt out of analytics (uninstalling the App stops all data collection)
• Opt out of personalized advertising (via the ATT prompt or Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking)
